Static URLs

A static uniform resource locator (URL) is a name-based website address that is direct, unchanging, clear and contains no session or user identification information. They make better long term links  as they use original domain name-based addresses.

 Administrator and Professor user profiles can view the specific static URLs for playlists they create. They can use these links to allow Member user to access the videos created in a playlist, depending on the type of site access their institution implements (via URL referrer, library card, or IP authentication).
