Kindly note that you may cancel your subscription on the following conditions:
Cancellation within 7-day trial period
Cancellations are entertained and will be processed as long as customer.service@naxos.com is notified of intention to cancel within the first 7 days of your subscription.
Cancellation halfway into subscription
Section 7.2 of our Naxos Music Library Jazz Streaming Service Agreement states that if you cancel your subscription account after the trial period, we will not refund any remaining portion of your annual subscription fee or any other charges or taxes paid by you. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the billing period in which you deliver notice to us.
It means that if your annual/monthly subscription is set to expire May 30th, you have to inform us by sending an email to customer.service@naxos.com at least 2 days before the expiration so we can prevent your FuturePay agreement in WorldPay from automatically charging you for another subscription period.
Manual Cancellation through WorldPay
This is another way to cancel your current subscription - by deactivating or canceling your FuturePay agreement ID on the WorldPay shopper site. Note that we are not allowed to access your account details to this site. Please allow us to list down the steps for you:
- In case you do not remember your credentials in WorldPay, kindly visit this link: https://futurepay.worldpay.com/fp/public/futurepay/reminder.html so you can retrieve your login credentials.
- Type in your Agreement ID and your registered email address, and click 'Send Reminder' so the password gets sent straight to your email inbox.
- Once you have the login, visit the WorldPay shopper management site https://futurepay.worldpay.com/fp/jsp/common/login_shopper.js and type in your credentials.
- Follow the instructions on how to cancel your agreement ID in this link.
NOTE: Your FuturePay Agreement ID can be found on the confirmation email you received when you first signed up. If you lost a copy, you may email customer.service@naxos.com to get your Agreement ID. You may also send a cancellation request to customer.service@naxos.com and indicate the reason for cancelling your subscription. Kindly include a copy of the payment confirmation you received via email when you subscribed.
