Duplicate Subscription

If you noticed more than one charge with the merchant name WP-Naxos on your credit card billing, please send an email to customer.service@naxos.com with the following information as this could be a case of duplicate subscription:

  • Email address you used in registering to Naxos Spoken Word Library (if you used more than one email address, please do let us know for faster investigation)
  • The payment confirmation email/s you received regarding your payment to Naxos Spoken Word Library

NOTE: We may request for your credit card billing if the email payment confirmation is not available; for confidentiality purposes, kindly omit your card details, leaving only the exact transaction on display.

 

Tips on how to avoid duplicate charges

  • Check for the email confirmation you received when you first signed up.
  • If in doubt, contact our Customer Service Team to check if you have an active subscription before signing up.
